When you book a private or semi-private class, we will contact you to book, and ask you about your goals, and current fitness levels so we can properly design a training session for you.

Each class is designed by the instructor for you as an individual (or pair of individuals) we do not do anything "cookie cutter" ever!

You'll get trained at your level, with your goals, and abilities in mind, which is the fastest and most effective way to progress!
